The Office of Human Resources has requested approval of consultant services for Cecelia L. Hale, ED.D, McGrath Training Systems, Inc. Target audience will include district principals and directors. Training will cover the topics related to the documentation, discipline and dismissal of school personnel.

Training will equip participants with the skills needed to tackle the difficult performance-related conversations; the ability to build documenation to support termination decsion; the knowledge of when and how to administer disciplinary action; and the confidence to discharge an employee when necessary.
